I'll try not to be "overtly offensive" in my use of reason, but because its lacking so much on this entire site, you may be shocked when you see it in such stark relief.

I suppose for you all, ideology is a lifestyle - much like everyone gathers around the watercooler to chat about the latest episode of 24. You bandy around aphorisms, but those without any connection to reality. It becomes about outdoing an already rightward moving mainstream to carve out identity (and perhaps profits), and with the virtual format and circular reference groups, that identity becomes sociopathic.

You line up for battle against a fabricated opponent - a left that never was in America - and impute the characteristics you espouse upon this convienent imaginary: clear signs of sociopathy and neurosis if I've ever seen them.

Please. Go spend some time at a library - bone up on the history of the real world. Read about diverse strands of political ideologies that aren't formed from watching second-rate movies. Above all, read your Hayek and not the 'Coles notes for ideologues'! And if you're up to the task of all that reading, try to read it in context! Doing so might reveal some of the nuance that has certainly been missed by most of this generation and force you to realize that Objectivism is a ridiculous poaching of various philosophical and ideological tenets into an absurd fantasy - a pure irony if there ever was one.

Anyway, I'm no Obama supporter, not even an American (though borders shouldn't matter to a true conservative, should they?) so I apologize for not giving you the kind of trench warfare you might prefer. But seriously - if you really think Obama is the next face of fascism and aren't just saying that to swindle people out of votes and dollars - grow up, smarten up, shut up, whatever you're capable of doing. Personally I'd prefer one of the first two. Then maybe we can rejig the terms of debate back to reality and have a good debate about the values that underpin the issues.

Ignore the facts at your own peril. I did once as an innocent 5th grader. Then bussing in Pontiac, Michigan crashed into my isolated world like the Zeppelin to the ground. I was forced to deal with racism from blacks towards whites at a very early age. And deal with racism in the military against whites once again.

I had stopped posting comments on your post seeing as how I can no longer support in even the slightest such racially charged debacles as this one. No matter what “facts” you attempt to dig up to claim the moral high ground on this issue you do come off to most intelligent minds as explicitly racist.

The comparing of men to dogs is somewhat comical in its right that men are the reason we have those top ten intelligent dog breeds (selective breeding). It also is rather easy to misconstrue as racism for the fact that men are judged upon the individual not the race, religion, sexual orientation, or social creed. The individual should be judged so as to praise or condemn not the dozens, hundreds, thousands, or millions you view as his equals. Due to the lacking of humanistic characteristics in dogs, it is only fitting that we judge them as breeds. And yet even then a dog taken into a shelter is judged upon its personal character and constitution to decide if it is fit for adoption… so even the rash judgment of the animal seems unfit.

Social Democrats and fiscal Republicans can contrive laws every term in office for whatever purpose they decide behind closed doors. It is our duty as citizens of this republic to decide if we as the nation agree. And even then we only have certain channels to work through to oust the law and it creators. Gripping over what “Negroes” get from which party (not that the use of Negroes is only shy of shifting a few letters to form the word Nigger) seems arbitrary at best.

Now once more I ask that we as a group get past these petty differences and begin focusing on the actual issues of our day. Barrack Hussein Obama may be one of them, his skin color is not. Neither is the fact that he seems to overtly support only half his ancestors’ heritage while downgrading the other. It is his policies and politics that should be attacked. No matter what the left in the media claim; or the rightwing of talk radio, his skin color is not the issue now that he is in office (it was when he was running for that office).
